As of 1st December 2011 The Inner-Heart clinic days are two full days - Fridays and Saturdays each week.
Also a new gentle breath meditation group will run every Saturday at 12 midday commencing 3rd December 2012. These meditation groups are free of charge, and all are welcome to attend. (This replaces the meditation groups that were held on Wednesdays).
Our monthly discourse will continue to be held on Saturday mornings at 0840.
In addition we are available for private room hire for small meetings or small group workshops.
